Here’s a real taste party. Pai Tumaca means bread with tomato in Catalan and Valencian language. This is the most typical food of the Mediterranean cost area of Spain. We specialise in Valencian Paella, the region where our head chef Clara Martinez comes from, bringing all the traditional knowledge about Spanish dishes. We also offer ‘Fideua’, the second most popular type of paella. Originally from the Catalan region, it is made using short pasta ‘Fideos’ instead of rice – the best dish to make with seafood.
